We are excited to present the 2010 MedLink Broker Forum.  This year the event will be held at the Crowne Plaza, 830 Phillips Lane, Louisville, KY 40209.  If you need a room reservation at the Crowne Plaza, please call 888-233-9527, ask for the MedLink room block to receive the negotiated discount of $129.oo plus tax.  You must make your room reservation no later than January 31st.
