POST-ENROLLMENT SERVICES

We review and scrub all enrollment data and provide a clean copy to the employer and the independent agent within 1 week

Provide “not seen reports”

We provide the employer with a list of all elections, product costs and tax status for each employee by department and location

We provide the employer with a final deduction register showing elections and deduction amounts

We provide the employer and the independent agent with a contact list for all the insurance carriers

We consolidate billings at the request of the employer

We conduct on-going enrollment support at the direction of the employer and independent agent

We assist with claim filing, processing and resolution
